Many of the people visiting this demo community or otherwise considering Jive are probably interested in corporate culture change, because making internal communication more social is both a culture change itself for many organizations and can be a vehicle for other culture changes that management would like to see. The July/August issue of Harvard Business Review has an interesting article on "Cultural Change That Sticks": (http://hbr.org/2012/07/cultural-change-that-sticks/ar/1). It's not earth-shakingly new ideas, but it's a thoughtful compilation of key steps like matching cultural goals to strategy, being selective with interventions, publicly recognizing and using current cultural strengths, and monitoring progress towards culture-change goals.
