Is there a definitive breakdown of what is and what is not tracked in Jive 5 when a user selects 'Track in Communications'? There are a few instances where I would have expected an inbox alert but received nothing. Examples:
It may be that these examples were never meant to send tracking alerts but it would be useful to know what does and doesn't.
I would also really like to know what that means. I have a team that is in charge of moderating different social groups and I have suggested for them to 'track in communications' as a moderating tool...however, I don't know what all will be placed in the communications inbox after clicking on 'track in communications.'
