    Using community data to create actionable insight


      Thanks to John Schwiller for suggesting a conversation in this group leading into JW12...


      When working with internal employees...


      I'm very interested to learn techniques for using data and information available within the platform to create actionable insight.  How to draw out key areas, topics and trends.  Once we do, how can we use that information to take action.  What are some tricks and creative ways that others have derived insight into successes and areas of opportunity across large scale communities?  What actions did those insights yield, and what gains were realized?


      Also interested in techniques around behavior change that have produced sustainable results, especially with users whose day is already overfilled and who otherwise resist "yet another new tool."
