    Problem activating mobile device using QR code

      When I generate an activation code for my iPad and use the QR code scanner app, the activation does occur, but it seems that only the browser that is part of the QR code scanner app works.  When I exit out of the QR code scanner app and launch Safari, the mobile gateway asks me to enter the activation code.  I assume that the cookies that were deposited as part of the activation are associated with the wrong browser.  Is this the case?  What can be done about it?

          Your assumption is correct.  Usually a QR reader includes the option to open the URL in Safari which would then register the desired browser.  The feature is really intended for use with our native apps as we include a simple QR reader within them.  I'll admit the experience is less than perfect for iPad as we don't offer a native app for it.
