We have been having some serious issues with the ASIAPAC place. Not all members are able to download and view/edit documents created in this space.
Please see the attached Sametime conversation which describes the testing that was done.

i have looked into the Jive issue, and it seems that your permission is OK
to access AsiaPac Space.
Can u login to Jive again and see whether u can access the Weekly Word

I have not changed my word properties and even if I had, wouldn't this
affect all documents. I suspect it may be something that has changed on

Yes, The first one I opened and published from the Jive Access for Word
plugin. The second one I uploaded directly.
What version of the plugin are you using?

You also have full permissions to Asiapac space as you can upload file
directly in Jive.
Could you try uploading a speadsheet as a test to see if it is only Word
or all office documents?
