    Include original question in reply notifications?


      Is it possible via a configuration change for all Jive reply notification messages to a question/discussion to include the original question/discussion?


      I'm aware the subject is included in reply notifications, but we're getting feedback from mobile users that only get e-mail notification that they are losing the context of the reply (especially when people use generic subjects like "I have a problem") and this would be a useful workaround.  Educating our users will help but sometimes having the greater detail of the message body is needed.  And ideally we'd use the Jive Mobile application so they could hit the site directly when on the road, but that's not possible at this time.


      How are you dealing with push-back from mobile users to moving discussions away from e-mail to Jive without using the mobile app?
