      I am trying to use community reports to report on response time. I would specifically like to capture the response time of a particular group within the community. I do see the report "Questions - Average Response Times" which has A) To First Response B) To First Helpful Answer and C) To Correct Answer, however this does not allow you to do this on a particular group or user. Also, something that does not make sense is that "To Correct Answer" has a quicker response time than "To First Response". I would think that "To First Response" what be flagged before a correct answer was given. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you need clarification. Thanks again.
