Trending content versus Top 10 items

    tshort

Has anyone figured out a way to display a Top 10 list of most-viewed items in their Jive instance? We currently have Trending Content displayed. The logic Jive uses to identify items in this list is explained in the documentation, and it includes a variety of variables along with a blackbox algorithm. I personally would prefer a simple Top 10 list (see, for instance, The New York Times website - www.nytimes.com) that is based on the most viewed items in given timeframe - last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, ever.

      Thanks for any input/ideas.
