When you say the community had the old link, where exactly was the old link showing? On the homepage of the community? On the discussions page for that community? How many app servers did you have in the cluster?
Community Admin created a new topic (newtopic1) for a discussion group in the HIDDEN community and set it up correctly.
She does this to preview it and for testing the link within our page for our content mgmt system.
At 10am, Community Admin Moved the new topic (newtopic1) into the Actual (final) community, correctly. This was handled in the Admin Tool.
When linking to the new topic in the Actual community, the URL of the discussion link would be incorrect sometimes. We have two application servers running ClearspaceX v1.2.
One server has: (Correct)
Second server has: (Incorrect)
However, it seems that one of the Application Servers (Clearspace cache problem?) still had newtopic1 indicated as part of the Hidden folder.
We saw the error message when a user happened to hit the URL on the "second" app server because no users have permission to view in the Hidden folder.
