    Pre-launch survey for external community




      We are soon going to launch a public community and I am responsible for the customer space in which we will facilitate conversations between existing customers. Today we have an existing customer community and I would like to leverage some of its participants to ask about their experience and would would they expect from the new community. Has anyone here conducted such a research before launching their communities? Could you share some of the question asked and any other best practices around the "pre-launch" stage?
