I'm trying to connect Jive to our Salesforce sandbox environment. I was getting a "failed to log in" message over and over with the correct credentials. But eventually that started working.
The problem I'm having now is that it will connect successfully and when I test the connection in Jive, it is successful. But if I refresh the page 5 minutes later the Salesforce integration is disabled. I can click Enable and it reconnects and says everything is fine, but a few minutes later it's disabled again.
Anyone else have this issue?
I noticed that you posted this as a Discussion. I would recommend posting this as a Case so that it is entered in for our Support team to take a look at. Support Cases are monitored, but Discussions like these are not. Cases vs Discussions in the Jive Community
