We are using SBS 4.0.7 and are having problems receiving email notifications to a particular account and email address. The moderator is supposed to get an email notification once a new thread/reply is posted but this is not happening. Notifications work on any other account.
At first we thought there was a problem with the mailbox but we are able to send test email from SBS admin console to the email address.
I have had a look at the sbs.out log file but can not find anything that would help (to be honest don't know what to look for?)

I noticed that you posted this as a Discussion. I would recommend posting this as a Case so that it is entered in for our Support team to take a look at. Support Cases are monitored, but Discussions like these are not. Cases vs Discussions in the Jive Community
