Are you saying you refreshed your browser or is there another reload site button I am not seeing somewhere? Was this in the admin console or within the Gamification console?

On the Gamification Console, in the upper right hand side, there is a button that says ”REFRESH SITE”. That one.

CurtisG Dec 20, 2012 4:19 PM (in response to wesley.goldstein)That shouldn't have any impact, since the Gamification console is a flash application it has it's own 'reload button' which just re-downloads the page, nothing else (I just hit that button about 10 times in my instance to check).
But, with that being said - are all the users missing points? Does refreshing your browser bring your points back? I would recommend opening a support ticket if the points are actually missing, because there may be a separate issue.

So the profile isn't populating and the leader board isn't populating. But when I look up the user in the console, the points are there.

CurtisG Dec 20, 2012 5:09 PM (in response to wesley.goldstein)Sometimes the web browser can store some bad info, so it might be worth a hard refresh in your browser to see if that clears up the issue. Control-Shift-R or Shift-F5 (I am on a mac and I use command-shift-R)

That didn‘t work either. I am trying a restart to see if that works. If not, I‘ll log a case.
