    users with same name -- who's who

      We have two users that have the same name..John Doe

       

      When someone tries to @john_doe, the list comes up and (in the case of the JC - there are 3 john_doe's).

       

      What's the best practice for determining who the john doe you are looking for is actually the one you select.

       

      I suspect this is a case of pick one and look them up...I can't imagine any other way to distinguish...it's like a phone book, you have to keep calling until you get who you are looking for (those old enough to remember phone books).
