Hi, does anyone know why personal notifications would not appear when logged into my company's community page in Connects??? This seems to be happening for quite a number of users so not sure if this is a profile issue or a set up issue in Jive. We're using Jive SBS Admin Console 4.0.6. A lot of our users recieve an email saying that they've recieved a notification but when they log into 'Connects' and go to the 'Profile' menu option and select 'Notifications', there's nothing there (it's blank). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Mit.
