    Personal notifications are not appearing when logged into my company's community page in Connects.

      Hi,  does anyone know why personal notifications would not appear when logged into my company's community page in Connects???  This seems to be happening for quite a number of users so not sure if this is a profile issue or a set up issue in Jive.  We're using Jive SBS Admin Console 4.0.6.  A lot of our users recieve an email saying that they've recieved a notification but when they log into 'Connects' and go to the 'Profile' menu option and select 'Notifications', there's nothing there (it's blank).  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.
