I would like to share with colleagues what content on the Community was most popular over a given set of time. I am unsure how the content for the popular widgets is determined.
I want to be able to identify the most popular content within a given timeframe. Also, I need to be able to define what it means to be popular (ie. most views, highest ratings, total comments/replies a combo of all?)
I noticed that you posted this as a Discussion. I would recommend posting this as a Case so that it is entered in for our Support team to take a look at. Support Cases are monitored, but Discussions like these are not. Cases vs Discussions in the Jive Community
