I have got the same problem with log in to Jive Present. I considered your advice and started a case in the Jive Community. But I have got a technical problem with the case because I can't choose a room/area. If I fill in the words "Jive Mobile" everything is grey and I can't click on it. That's why I can't finish this case. Any ideas?

Jive Present requires a specific license entitlement to work with your environment. You can certainly find more information regarding the setup of Jive Present in our support documentation or you can discuss specific issues surrounding Jive Present in it's product space [Archived] Jive Present - and of course, you can create a case within your secure customer support space as discussions within the support space are typically not monitored.
