    Jive Community Inbox not working

      For the last couple of days, when I click on an item in my Inbox in Jive Community, the search bar in the bottom pane indicates it's working but the item never appears. When I click on a direct link to the same item, it opens immediately. See the attached video (swf) where I first try to view a case that I opened via the Inbox, then at the end I open it from a link in my email.


      I'm posting this in the general Support section since it does not apply to my company's instance (we are on 4.5), but thought somebody would want to know about it.
