Our initiative uses the Jive community to gather representatives from about 50 different companies to work together in different working groups (organized in social groups). The commitment to join the initiative is on a company level, but the day-to-day is carried out through the community by a number of employees representing their company in different capacities. To reflect this connection we were from the time we started developing the community looking to create an environment were it in addition to the different members also would be easy to find an overview of which representatives belong to each particular companies (usually 3-5 pr company). Thus, we are looking for ways within the community that allows for a connection between a "parent" organization and a number of company individual profiles. Do any of you have any experience or good ideas for how this could be done?
