A long time Life Sciences customer is considering moving from hosting Jive themselves to taking advantage of Jive Hosting Services. They have concerns about moving their Secret Groups to Jive Hosting. We have addressed all of their technical/security concerns......now it is the cultural conversation that needs to be addressed. It would be great if someone would be able to chime in here with how they approach this? How/what did you communicate this to your users?
Very curious to see what others say as well. I work in financial services, a different kind of highly regulated company, and we are planning the same move to Jive Hosting. However, I have no plans to communicate anything hosting related to our general users. I am working on the assumption that our users won't have to change the way they use Jive, making the move is a non-event for the average employee.
