    Help with setting up a community 'insights'process

      Hi  External Community Managers, we are wanting to increase the amount of member insights we extract from our community so we can better serve members from a product/service delivery point of view plus look for potential quotes that we can use in sales & marketing material etc. Are there people out there who focus on extracting member insights from their communities, as my colleague who has been tasked with the same, would love to talk with you, if possible, for some tips/guidance as she set up her process if possible.
