If you're running into configuration issues, I would create a case in your support community so a Support Engineer can take a look with you, as typically discussions in this community are not monitored, and cases are.

New Jive customer here and I had the same question. What I did was create a deny ACL on my ASA for LDAPS ports and watched the term monitor block the traffic when clicking Test Settings in the Directory Server Settings in the Jive Admin Console. The traffic comes from 188.8.131.52. I'm not sure if there are other IP addresses Jive requests from on Directory Syncs.
Realise this is a VERY old thread but it's still marked as unanswered and I came looking for exactly the same answer.
@aarondenny has the main Phoenix IP address in his answer but the full list can be found in this document, updated just a few months prior to me posting this. That post suggests that after the 2017.1 release the IP addresses will change again.
