I‘m not sure I understand what you‘re asking. The Tools page is meant for downloading the plugin but in order to connect Outlook to Jive after downloading and installing it, the user would still have to enable it by entering their credentials (or at least taking action to initiate the account and relying on SSO if that‘s in place.)
If your users don‘t have right to install, then you can push it out to everyone (or anyone you want) via a mass deployment, and then it will install for them regardless of their privileges. Then they can turn it on in Outlook itself without needing any special permissions. Is that what you‘re trying to achieve?
Yes, basically. I was trying to see if there was any way to have them enable it outside of outlook or office (as in from somewhere within the Jive platform), but it sounds like there isn't. Thanks!
