This is something that's best created as a case in your Customer Support Group. That way an Engineer can take a look at your specific situation. Discussions, like these, are not monitored by Jive staff. However, customer support cases, are included in your SLA.

Sounds good, but I am apparently not a member of our secret group so I am unable to open a support ticket. Was hoping for some insight into the problem from someone who has experienced the same issue.
I would hope that this community would assist with items like this without opening a ticket. What are the troubleshooting steps? Personally my index NEVER builds and is stuck on "Starting. collecting data" and never indexes my outlook
