    Duplicates on hosted.jivesoftware.com

I'm trying to remove duplicate content from the hosted.jivesoftware.com subdomain.

      See: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ahosted.jivesoftware.com

      Here are some possible options:

      Alternative1:  Add this to the <head> of every page on the hosted.jivesoftware.com version: <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow">
Alternative2: Every page on the jivesoftware.com version of the site should 301 redirect to the actual version
Alternative3: Include rel=canonical tags on jivesoftware.com version (or both versions) pointing to the actual version
Alternative4: Use robots.txt file to block crawling of jivesoftware.com version - Google may still index these pages if it finds links to them around the web but it is unlikely and they will likely drop to the bottom of search results

Alternative4.5: Use Google Webmaster Tools to block directories: Remove your entire site or a directory - Webmaster Tools Help

Has anyone been able to do this successfully yet?
