    My license is about to expire because it needs me to send a license report.  We CANNOT DO THIS because it is on a CLOSED (CLASSIFIIED) NETWORK.

      I download the license report and then it says to submitted it to JIVE, which I CANNOT do.   It then asks for a confirmation code to reset the license server from asking for a report.  I need to get a confirmation code with submitting a report.   We go through this every year.  I would think it would get easier each year, but it doesn't.  No one seems how to reset the request for a license report or disable it all together.   I'm hoping someone out there can help.  PLEASE, we have only 5 days before our software is disabled.
