    New Jive Community Account


      I have a colleague who has been trying to create an account on Jive Community. But when she tries to create new account with her email, she gets this msg saying that her email address is already being used. And when she tries to login, she is seeing: "It appears your account has been disabled. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake".  She has also tried the "Reset my Password" option, but not received any password reset emails from the system. Please help!
