    We are looking to implement and introduce Gamification elements into our social collaboration platform for internal employees. What initial steps did you take to align those elements to your business objectives?


      I am looking for someone who has implemented Gamification and would be willing to speak to the initial steps you took to establish a foundation for aligning business objectives, target behaviors and activities/badges for individuals across the platform, based on job functions, department, etc. Did you establish a committee of Leaders across the org to understand goals and objectives for Gamification?
