Same here ! Urgently need a timeline to get this fixed !
I think the paid workspaces aren't avaiable anymore because the new Producteev is completely free.
If Peter Sebelius face the same issue as we do, the fact is that we have all our PRO workspaces but not the FREE one.
Would be good to know if others face the same issue ?! and to get this sorted ASAP.

Our free workspace also disappeared...
I hope the can rollback de database or maybe the free workspaces aren't migrated yet.
Correction: we had one free workspace but it disappeared like description above.
All, what I can tell you is that when it came to migrating assets ... paid customers were prioritized in the migration queue, and it is my "understanding" that the FREE users and workspaces are trickling in.
Since the migration is still running, data will trickle in over time. We will need to address this inquiry once the process completes. Hope this helps provide some context, but obviously our team is working to get closure on all data ASAP.
Good to see a response from the Producteev team (Ryan, i assume "community management" means you are part of the team??)
I have same problems as above: only paid workgroups migrated.
You indicate that "FREE users and workspaces are trickling in." That is not very reassuring:
1. any idea when the "trickling" will be complete?
2. can *anyone* confirm a free workspace that *has* been migrated?
All my workspaces are migrated!! (the free ones as well.)
Now just waiting for document attachments. From another thread, that was going to happen *after* all the free/individual workspaces are migrated.
Still lots of changes to digest.
I found this post on *page 7!* of the forum. It would be nice to have:
1. A separate sub-forum for the producteev upgrade.
2. Some sticky threads to keep the repeated posts to a minimum:
- bug reports
- feature's lost and requested. (sort by manager, overview, ....)
- questions as to migration timing.
Producteev is (was...) a fantastic program. You have a great community. Please include us. All successful people make tons of mistakes. It is how we deal with them, that sets the winners apart from the losers.
Norm, just getting back to this thread as I just coming back above water. I am the community manager for the entire Jive Community, of which Producteev is a part. Given the all hands on deck nature of these issues as of late, I stepped in to be some eyes/ears and where I could, a voice, for people reporting issues.
We are all Jivers here, but when it comes to getting the best Producteev support, working with people like Bruno Correia and his team is the most direct path. =) If however there is something you think I can do to help, please dont hesitate to ask.
As per your comments, I'll work with the Producteev team as they too come up for air to see how we can best consolidate the surge of content.
