    Account creation failed during setup on mobile phone, can't access producteev now

      My account creation failed during the sign up process on my smartphone (lost signal and wasn't able to complete the process), and now, I cannot get into the site as I keep getting errors using that login/pw (web, mobile or otherwise). How can I recreate the account at this point to use producteev? If I try to sign up again, I get an error that the email already exists in the system. However, when I login with my user/pw, I get an incomplete workspace:
