I am running into this now, Chris. It is the same behavior you described--clicking on the link jumps down then back up, and then if you keep clicking it eventually works. All employees are required to use IE8. Did you ever hear of a solution?

Chris, I apologize for missing this post the first time around, not sure how that happened.
For this issue, I looked into our bug tracking system and do not see this listed as a known issue. In that regard, it's best that you create a case in your secure support group, so we can troubleshoot the issue using your specific setup.

Posting again to say that I got a reply back that this is a known bug, JIVE-29786, which is apparently fixed in Jive 6.0.3.
