I have been experiencing quite a few issues since the recent Jive integration. I understand kinks are to be worked out and we have tried to give them time, but we are still experiencing issues.
We have been with Producteev for over 2 years and we are a company of 450+ employees. This system is used as one of our primary systems. I am frustrated with the inability to actually call someone directly to walk through the issues I am experiencing.
I understand the "community" and FAQ pages. However, I am not finding the right answers.
I called the Jive sales team number and they gave me your direct email address.
I would appreciate direct correspondence to help me.
Here are my issues:
Renaming our network. The update did the wrong thing.
Allowing any task to be marked private without using a separate network or project.
