Maybe we can all come together with our best ideas/best practices for driving positive user engagement - I am new to Internal Community Management, and more specifically Jive, and would love to share some of my ideas/hear those of others on how they have operated within their community.
I know there are many threads already on the Internal Community Managers page, which contain great advice, but we could always start a new document, allowing people to edit in their ideas, and so build a crowd-sourced guide from there? (maybe this exists already and I haven't found - would love to know if that's the case)
Would love to hear others' thoughts on the idea, or as you said a one-pager would alternatively be a great start!

Hi Kevin Crossman -- this is really great! Thanks for sharing -- I've shared it with some of the team members here.
For me this would almost be complete with a few more practical tips. May be I'll start a draft, and have you look at it
