    Producteev as a Ticket management system?

      I was interested in using Producteev not only as a task management tool but also as an IT Tickets generator. In the second case I thought about creating an Open Project with locked tasks, but then we realized that everyone involved in the project would have the ability to see all tasks and that they all would be receiving notifications about the new tasks on the project.


      Another alternative regarding IT Tickets may be create a Closed Project with open tasks in which only IT Responsible and the person that is having issues would be involved. The disadvantage here is that in case that we want to keep a log, this would result in a large list of complete projects since there isn’t an option to save a history of completed projects as if they were closed.


      Are there any alternative options that come to your mind?
