Your instance does not have any connection to the gamification service, in order to get a trial for the service you will want to reach out to our sales team. It looks like the 'footer' link shouldn't actually be showing up until your instance is configured, so a bit of a miss on our part to show a link to something you can not yet use.

Argh. Selecting the options inside it *disable* the basic gamification options and point counting. How can we at least get back to the out-of-the box gamification?
