You might want to raise a case in your secret group where it will get seen.
John is correct, this will need to be addressed via a case, so our hosting team can create a secure repository for you to receive your company's data. I have resubmitted your invitation to your company's support group, you should see it in your "actions" menu.
Once you've accepted the invitation, if you click on "Links" then "Customer Support," you'll be added to your company support page and will have the option to "Start A Case" on the right-side actions menu.
Once the case is created, we can work with you to get your data.
