Can you provide an output of the logs around the time this action takes place?
Do you have a custom theme or custom plugins installed in the enviroment?
Do you see the same behavior on your staging enviroment if you have one?
Also, do you have a private/secret group with Jive support? In the end that is likely where this is going to lead.
We are planning to do a reboot on Monday and hopefully this will sort it.
