This is a known issue for hosted environments. It has been fixed for Cloud but I haven't heard when this will be solved for Hosted. It is an open Bug. Sorry.
You can do that now manually by setting a user preference in the Gamification console, Anonymous=1
This will remove a user from all leaderboards in the system.
- Search for user in Jive admin console, find their userID
- Go to Gamification admin console 'people' page and search for the user based on the userID
- Set the user preference Anonymous = 1
How does this fix the display issue?
Is there a way to fix it without taking someone out of the ranking? Doesn't really solve the issue.
Ah - I was selectively reading. My answer was for " Also we would like to not display employees here- just external members."
The display issue I have asked our engineering team what is happening.
