    How do you balance admin rights vs your personal account?


      One of my biggest challenges as a community manager and trainer is that my personal account has access beyond what "normal" users have.  This has led to a few issues such as users wondering why my layout and menu options are different, creating training videos means I need to remove the access levels first, etc.


      I have thought about having a separate "admin" account but the management of it becomes a nuisance, though not impossible.


      Is anyone else dealing with similar issues? How do you manage or balance your accounts?
