I see that you have two separate accounts - One setup with the email address listed int he screenshot, and one created from the pascal.vuylsteker@cems.org email address.
I am asking my developers if there is a way to delete or merge the two accounts.

At the moment, no, it has to be done programmatically. I am reaching out to my developers to see if there is a way for us to merge the accounts, or if we just have to delete one of them. If I have to delete your account, am I correct in assuming it's the one linked to pascal.vuylsteker@cems.org that you want deleted?
