First off, I would recommend that you create a case in your private support group with Jive to get the best people looking at it. They can also take a look at logs, and have a better understanding of what your setup is:
Aside form that, a few things to get us moving toward resolving this:
- I see that you have a jiveon address. So this is a cloud version of Jive. That also means that you have no custom theme or plugins that would cause this. Can you confirm that assumption is correct?
- Do these users have the same issue of that try a browser like Firefox or Chrome?
- Does this happen in a particular area or site wide?
