This is probably better fielded better in a Jive support case.
But some questions that might be useful are
-What version of Jive are you using (Looks like 6)?
-What was the process you followed to get the error and can you replicate it?
From a high level it looks like the URL that you're going to might just be wrong. Seems like a terrible question, but did you check in the admin console (under spaces) to make sure it actually existed?
