Emailed tasks to our network from multiple users are not showing up as of sometime after October 11th. Emails are confirmed sent from our email servers but not showing received by the producteev software. Please advise.

I just wanted to check into this a little further.
When you send an email to email@example.com are you receiving a confirmation email? Is this affecting all your users or just a few? If a few, may I have their email addresses.
Can you let me know if you're using a self-hosted email service or some other email provider (like gmail, etc)
