Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I'm just wondeirng if anyone else has experienced the CMR reports not loading, just hanging:
I would love to point my group and space admins to use the CMR, but I am told we have "too much data" and that the reason the reports may not load is that there is no indexing involved (each time someone tries to call up a report, the query searches the whole database again). We are on Jive 5, on prem.
Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this, and what the resolution might be?
Yes, we have the same issue, our DB's are just too big. The Jive DBA's have setup a weekly DB vacuum that helps a little. I think we might need to move to daily soon as the DB's just keep growing. I would suggest filing a support case about the issue if you are hosted or cloud.
