    Do you have any ideas on how to ensure that recipients receive invites to join a group?

      We just upgraded to Jive 6 and are finding that in some cases people don't receive invites to join a group.  It looks like maybe each employee has to set their email preferences so that they receive these notices in their regular e-mail Inbox.

       

      Is there any way around this?  We have a large portion of our employee base who don't currently use Jive, so they would never know to go into the Jive Inbox to see the notice.

       

      Do we have an error on our end, or is there a best practice or workaround to this issue?
