Hi Ragnar, this might be something to post in your secret Jive support group. But on the off chance that we can help here in the support space, can you clear your logs and post the messages that occur when you attempt this action?
You should be able to find these under Admin console>System>Management>logs (unless you are a cloud customer, in which case I do not believe they are available)
