I am currently investigating ways of using reward & recogntion to encourage use of our internal Jive site and would be interested to here what other people have introduced within thier own organisations?

Hi Paul - we haven't really gone down this path - but I do think all of the above are excellent ideas -
The only rewards I tend to shy away from is monetary / gift - I find that these encourage short-term responses, rather than long-term behaviour change which is what you likely want with Jive.
