    Does anyone have any examples they could share of using their Jive instance as a knowledge base?


      Ted Hopton, Tracy Maurer Max Calderon as requested I'm turning this from my status update into a discussion on here. 

      To echo the question above - one of our businesses is predominantly field reps out on the road a lot and they are looking for some examples and best practice for a knowledge base using an internal Jive instance. I'm looking for anyone that can share some examples with me on this.
