It looks like there is an undocumented system property that can be used to override the default list of accepted TLDs. The property name is "mail.valid.tld.pattern", and its default value is:
If you would like to add or remove TLDs from this list, you can do this by setting a value for this property. To do this, go into the Admin Console, and open System -> Management -> System Properties. By default mail.valid.tld.pattern isn't set, so you'll have to add it at the bottom. Please note that this will override the built-in pattern, not merely add to it, so to add .email, .bike and .web, you'll need to set it as follows:

I had to do this the other day and this definitely works. I just wished that it was actually somewhere in the admin console and not a hidden property that you need to find out about.
I can't find this setting on the Jive Cloud.
All I get under System -> Management is "Audit Log Viewer"
I'm the main admin for us so I should be able to see everything, no?
Any help you can provide would be very helpful.
You may want to open a support case - in cloud these settings are likely not accessable.
