    Access to employer's support requests



      My employeer's IT helpdesk has raised a support request and provided me the URL to track the issue. I'm though getting "unauthorized" error when trying to read it. Can you please advise how can I arrange the necessary access?

      The support case I mean is Task date is showing wrongly in calender
